EPERIA gift card sales started on April 1st.

You can buy it from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 21:00, from 10 to 250 EUR at info desk.

The card expiration date is shown on the back of the card. The card can be used at any POS terminal in EPERIA Shopping Mall. The card can only be recharged once (up to 250 euros).

Card value cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. The gift card is only valid in EPERIA Shopping Mall. Payment for the EPERIA gift card can only be made by credit card. We will be happy to provide you with more information in person.

How do you find out the balance on your EPERIA gift card?

• Very easy. Through QR code - there is a QR code on the back of the card. Scanning this code through any QR code reader application on the smartphone allows access to the card balance, expiration date, and history of all transactions made with that card.

Where is the EPERIA gift card accepted?

It is possible to pay with a gift card at any POS terminal in NC EPERIA, which is marked with the MasterCard logo.

What should I do if EPERIA gift card payment is declined?

Payment may be denied for the following reasons:

a) Low card balance
If the value of the purchase is higher than the balance, you can apply for an account split - you will pay a part of your purchase with an EPERIA gift card and pay the balance in cash or with a regular credit card.

b) The gift card is no longer valid
The EPERIA Gift Card expiration date is shown on the back of the card.

c) There was another error
Please contact the management of EPERIA Shopping Mall.

What to do if the card is empty?

A card that is no longer eligible for money can be returned to the info desk or left as a souvenir.

Can the card be used multiple times in different stores?

Yes, if the card is not empty and not expired, you can use the remaining balance for your next purchase.

What to do in case of card loss or theft?

If you buy a gift card, you will receive a ticket. By showing this ticket on the information bar, the gift card system allows you to block funds on this card. From this moment, another card with the same value can be issued. A fee of 10 EUR will be charged to the cardholder for this handling. Transfer of the card is only possible with a minimum balance of 10 EUR on the gift card.
