PLANEO Elektro has been operating in Slovakia since 2009 as the youngest network of electrical stores. Currently, 40 stores offer their customers a range of consumer electronics, small and large household appliances, IT equipment, telecommunications and garden equipment, toys, and everyday household items.

Dynamic quantitative and qualitative growth has propelled PLANEO Elektro to the forefront of the electrical market after just a few years, both in terms of turnover performance and range of assortment, as well as a diverse range of services and a wide customer base. Customers' decision-making purchasing processes are influenced by many aspects and details to which the network attaches considerable importance in the form of tailor-made convenient services: extending the warranty up to 5 years, product insurance against theft or damage, a variable installment system, immediate product exchange, free product delivery, removal and ecological disposal of old appliances, warranty and post-warranty service, expert advice from trained staff, gift vouchers for product purchases.

Customer satisfaction with PLANEO Elektro services has enabled the network to establish a bonus program, the Family Card, which currently has nearly 100,000 loyalty card holders registered.
